Designed for kids ages 6-12, these 45-minute classes combine age-appropriate workouts, fun fitness games, and engaging challenges that keep kids active and excited to move.

Our experienced coaches focus on teaching proper movement patterns, building strength and coordination, and developing healthy habits in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Kid Fit classes are $20 per kid per class, cash or Venmo.
